UHPC外墙板通过提高组分的细度与活性,不使用粗骨料,使材料内部的缺陷(孔隙与微裂缝)减少,以获得超高强度与高耐久性;
UHPC与普通混凝土或高性能混凝土不同的方面包括:不使用粗骨料,必须使用硅灰和纤维(钢纤维或复合有机纤维),水泥用量较大,水胶比很低.
材料组成:硅酸盐水泥,级配良好的细砂,石英砂,高效减水剂,钢纤维或复合有机纤维等
